Zein Elhousseini

Mr. Elhousseini, MD, MSc, FRCOphth, is a specialist in surgical and medical retina. After completing his medical degree in 2006 and a Master?s in Ophthalmology, he moved to the UK in 2013 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. He is currently a consultant specialist within the NHS, Lead of the Retina Clinical Pathway Group, and Clinical Lead for the North Central London Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. He has supervised many trainees and fellows, serves as Deputy Academic Lead, and is an examiner for medical students at University College London (UCL). Mr. Elhousseini conducts multiple research projects at the Royal Free Hospital, has co-authored several publications in ophthalmology and vitreoretinal surgery, and has presented at national and international meetings.
