Our commitment
Sinjab Academy is committed to meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA across every page on the public marketing site, the learner dashboard, and the lesson player. We treat accessibility as a release gate, every shipped change is checked with automated axe scans on the routes it touches.
Conformance target
Target: WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Current status: substantially conformant, with the known exceptions listed below.
How we test
Automated checks run via @axe-core/playwright against every public page on every pull request. Manual checks cover keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver / NVDA screen reader walkthroughs of the sign-in + checkout + lesson-player flows, and reduced-motion compliance.
Known issues
There are currently no known WCAG 2.1 AA violations. If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us, the report itself counts as a known issue from the moment you flag it.
Compatible assistive technologies
Verified compatible: VoiceOver on macOS Safari, NVDA + JAWS on Windows Chrome / Edge / Firefox, TalkBack on Android Chrome. Verified compatible with browser zoom up to 400% without horizontal scrolling on text-only routes.

Formal complaints
If we cannot resolve your concern, you have the right to escalate to the equivalent enforcement body in your jurisdiction (for example, the Equality and Human Rights Commission in the UK).
