Sashwanthi Mohan

Dr. Sashwanthi Mohan is a Specialist Ophthalmologist at Medcare Eye Centre in Dubai, renowned for providing high-quality patient care in cataract and vitreoretina. She is proficient in a wide range of ophthalmic procedures, including retinal lasers, intravitreal injections, and cataract and vitreoretinal surgeries. Dr. Mohan completed her DNB Ophthalmology at the prestigious L.V. Prasad Eye Institute in India, where she was awarded the Dr. G. Venkataswamy Gold Medal. She further honed her expertise during her vitreoretinal fellowship at Sankara Nethralaya, where she was recognized as the Best Outgoing Vitreoretinal Fellow and Lady Fellow. In addition to her clinical work as a visiting consultant, Dr. Mohan serves as the Education & Research Associate at Rajan Eye Care Hospital in India. In this capacity, she contributes to advancing the ophthalmic knowledge base through research and publications.
