Biography
Hatem Ammar, MD, is a Professor of Ophthalmology and Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine, Sohag University, Egypt. He is an elected board member of the Egyptian Ophthalmological Society (EOS) and the Egyptian Society of Ocular Implants and Refractive Surgery (ESOIRS), and serves as Secretary General of the Dry Eye and Ocular Surface Disease Society (DEOSS).
