Faisal Fayyad

He is a Senior Vitreoretinal Consultant at the Jordanian Hospital in Amman. Dr. Fayyad graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome in 1976 and completed his ophthalmology residency there from 1977 to 1981 with honors. He later completed a two-year clinical retina fellowship at the University of Ottawa in Canada. He has served at the Jordanian Ministry of Health hospitals, the King Hussein Medical Center, and the Jordan University Hospital. He is an examiner for the Jordanian Board of Ophthalmology and is actively involved in training ophthalmologists in vitreoretinal surgery.
